Cope Body Care

Relief Through Manual Therapy

Welcome! Taber and Rebecca specialize in Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT). This manual therapy treats from a neurological perspective, specifically the autonomic nervous system. We work to find the root cause of your pain and symptoms by treating the inputs into your autonomic nervous system thus changing its outputs, where your pain and symptoms are. By addressing the root cause, we find great success in treating all types of acute and chronic conditions.

We have moved to Idaho. Our booking schedule is flexible at the moment. Please reach out to book an appointment. Also if you would like a referral to other therapists in Northern Utah please reach out.

Thank you all for your support!

  • “After my treatment with Taber, I felt super recovered and loose. I also performed great at my next Track Meet a few days later with a personal best in the 800M!”

    -Connor

  • “I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis over 10 years ago. I started having some issues with cognition a year ago, it felt as if there was an actual blockage in my brain. Rebecca began working on me and specifically gave me a cranial sacral massage to help with the brain. After her second massage I felt a dramatic shift, it felt as if my brain could breath again, and then each massage after I felt the blockage was breaking up more. Through her work the issue was resolved. I haven’t dealt with it since. Rebecca deserves all the credit for that huge success. Thanks to her work I know that there is relief and healing that comes through massage.”

    -Ashley

  • "So many things now days are masking the problems we are dealing with physically and not fixing the root of the problem. I am so grateful to have gotten past my own limited knowledge to get to know more about Cope Body Care and their desire to help others heal physically and get back to living their lives! I would recommend Rebecca to all of my closest friends and family. She is fabulous. It’s worth the monetary investment! You will not regret going to see her!"

    - Courtney

  • “Taber has worked on me multiple times with great results each time. One time in particular I went to him for some TMJ issues I was having with my jaw clicking and getting stuck open. My dentist recommended I see a specialist but after visiting Cope Body Care I have had zero issues with my jaw for months now. They know their stuff and can really help you feel better!”

    -Keely

  • “My session with Taber was fantastic. I felt safe, informed, and very cared for.”

    -Mary

  • "After doing an examination Rebecca explained to me (forgive me I am writing this review weeks after the fact and have totally forgotten the official explanation) that my pelvis was misaligned and also something was twisted, which was what was causing my tailbone pain. Through working with my own muscles and some resistance, Rebecca was able to untwist it … and low and behold- my tailbone pain has resolved itself! I can sit on hard chairs again at church and I have not noticed any issues weeks later. I cannot begin to tell you the joy I felt in feeling like a new woman!"
